Join us for an immersive afternoon delving into yoga, movement, and martial arts guided by the esteemed local dance artist, Jose Agudo. With over three decades of experience in the realm of movement and dance, Jose Agudo brings a wealth of expertise to this workshop. Having performed, choreographed, and taught across the globe, he is renowned for his contributions to the South London dance scene, co-founding a dynamic dance company alongside our very own Yoga Edge teacher, Claire Cunningham. With roots in the Sivananda yoga tradition and a background in contemporary dance, flamenco, and kathak, Jose offers a unique and multifaceted approach to movement exploration.

No prior experience is required—this workshop welcomes all levels of practitioners. Spaces are limited to ensure an intimate setting, with a maximum of 12 participants. Workshop cancellation policy
We operate a 14 day cancellation policy for workshops. If you cancel outside of the 14 day window you may transfer your booking to another workshop or request a credit be added to your yoga edge account. Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless we receive a last minute booking and your space gets filled. Alternatively you can gift your booking to someone else, in this case please contact us with their details.
