• We give one free pause per calendar year
• You can pause for up to 1 month at a time
• Extra pauses have a £20 admin charge

The dates of your pause don’t necessarily need to line up with your monthly payment date. Once your paused period ends, your account will automatically adjust to credit any days owed, which may change your monthly payment date.
